WELCOME TO OUR NEW AND REVISED WEBSITE
March 31, 2010

Welcome to our new and revised website. Justice Real Estate has been the leader in farm sales in Central Kentucky since the mid 80's, and we hope that these changes and innovations are beneficial to you - our customer - in locating your special place in the Bluegrass. Your comments and/or suggestions are welcomed by email or phone - because, at the end of the day, this website only works if it gives you the information you want and how you want to receive it. It's for you that it really needs to work.

Thank you to Chase Gullett and his entire staff at eLink Design for making our website the most informative and consumer-friendly we could offer.

We are also starting a new quarterly update - which we hope you will find informative and useful.

It's our opinion that 2010 will be another "tough" year for sellers and more properties will come on the market. Buyers are expecting our values to be down 30-40% and thankfully that just hasn't happened and hopefully will not happen. Inventory should be high - so the selection shall be good. Hopefully, the banks will start lending - let them be prudent - but they need to start lending again.

We have many things to look forward to this year - the FEI World Equestrian Games will bring many visitors (and hopefully a few buyers) to our beautiful area. During the Games, we will have booths both at the Kentucky Horse Park and downtown at the International Equestrian Festival.

Rolex will kick us off for the Games on April 20. As always, we will have a booth there.

The two-year-old thoroughbred sales have been encouraging, and Keeneland and the Derby will be here before we know it.

Our philosophy has always been during tough times a buyer or seller needs a good real estate agent - not just a licensee. So, we're here to assist you whether you are buying or selling large or small farms or a country estate. Just email us or pick up the phone.
